Sleep Tea - Review

I have had insomnia for the last 13 years. I am 27 it started when I was 15. For the last 3 years, I have been on sleep medication. It takes me 45-60 mins to fall asleep and anywhere from 3-4 hours to fall back to sleep without medicine. So when I first saw this tea I was hesitant to try it because I have tried so many over the counter sleep aids, teas, drinks and all natural products. I gave in and said I am willing to try anything if it means that I might be able to find something to help instead of always relying on medicine to help me sleep.

This Relaxing Sleep Tea (14 Day) Herbal Bedtime Calming Aid - Helps Insomnia and Anxiety.
#RelaxingSleepTea (Click the hashtag to check out the tea)

That statement is true. It has helped with my insomnia and anxiety both of which I am on medication for. I spoke to my doctor about the tea and my doctor said to try it. For a week stop taking the medication and see if it works. To give it a fair shot and not to rush to the medication if I don’t see a result right away.

The first few nights were still rough but not as bad as they would normally be. It helped me fall asleep quicker at about 20-30 mins and I did wake up in the middle of the night but it only took me 15-30 mins to fall back to sleep. So that alone speaks for itself.

Even my kids tried the tea. It’s something we do every night. My 2 kids and I drink a cup of tea together before bed. They loved it and so did I. The ginger flavor makes the tea pop with a nice cooling spearmint. Very relaxing and invigorating. The aroma is relaxing as well it smells so yummy.

I will update my review if needed.

The Price tag is a bit steep at $25 for 14 Days and $42 for 30 Days, so unfortunately for me, it will be back to medication since I will not be able to afford this at the prices.

NewYorkBiology Tea Tree Oil - Review:

#NewYorkBiology Tea Tree Oil

I love this Tea Tree Oil though the amount is only 1 oz, and the smell is not as sweet as I am used to but that doesn't mean it's not great (it smells like a strong undiluted tea tree oil). I use this tea tree oil from #NewYorkBiology for pretty much everything. When I make soap, my shampoo, detergent, face wash I put a little bit in that. As a decongestant or even as a soother in my bath. It has so many uses. This is one thing I will always have on hand in my medicine cabinet (well the side I put all my essential oils). l recommend this to anyone.

Tea Tree Oil #NewYorkBiology (click here to check it out)

*NOTE: Not to be used with pets because it is a dangerous toxin to them, the only time you can use it on animals is if you know the right ratio to use or if you buy an animal product with tea tree oil in it. It is only safe in very minute amount.
  • Abrasions & Minor Cuts: Clean the area well, apply a few drops of the oil directly. If a bandage is needed, allow a few drops of the oil to penetrate cotton ball, lay it face down on the wound with a bandage on top.
  • Acne: Add a drop to your normal cleansing routine or dab a very small amount on acne breakouts. You can also add 20 – 40 drops of the oil to your regular face wash.
  • Dandruff: Add 20 – 30 drops oil to any shampoo. Apply a few drops to scalp and massage after washing.
  • Flea & Mosquito Bites: Apply a drop of oil directly to bites.
  • Head Lice: Add 20 drops of oil to 2 tbsp shampoo. Massage into scalp and hair, leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse. Repeat 3 – 4 times daily, until eggs are gone.
  • Household Cleaning: Can be used aromatically or added to homemade cleaners to kill germs and prevent the spread of colds and flu. You can make a general tea tree cleaner by combining 2 teaspoons of tea tree oil with 2 cups of water in a spray bottle. Shake to blend and use for household cleaning tasks. This is especially good in the bathroom and in toilets.
  • Immune System: To stimulate the immune system, diffuse through the air on a regular basis, massage into the soles of the feet to increase your immune response.
  • Infected Wounds: Adding the oil to steaming water, hold the infected area over the steam. Or dilute 1 drop of tea tree with 1 cup of water and rinse the infected area 1-2 times a day, as needed.
  • Insect Repellant: Add 15 drops to a quart of water and use as an effective insect repellent.
  • Mildew and Mold Remover: Spray an all-purpose cleaner made with 2 teaspoons of tea tree oil and 2 cups of water on growing mold and mildew. Shake well before using and do not rinse.
  • Muscle Aches and Pains: Add 10-15 drops of oil to half cup Epsom salts, and dissolve in a bath. Add 10 drops of oil to 2 tbsp of carrier oil. Massage well. Or fill your bathtub with warm water. Add a few drops of tea tree oil to the water to relax tight muscles.
  • Pest Control: Household ants and other pests dislike Tea Tree Oil, so a few drops put at the point of entry will deter them. Wipe cupboards out with an oil and water solution to keep ants away.
  • Rashes: Mix with coconut oil and massage over the affected areas.
  • Sciatica: Add 10 drops oil to 1 tbsp carrier oil and massage into affected areas. Repeat 2-3 times daily. Also, can be applied undiluted.
  • Sore Throat: Add 2 drops of oil to 1 cup of warm water with a pinch of sea salt, gargle 2-3 times a day. Do not swallow!
  • Ticks: Apply a drop or two directly to the tick and the surrounding area.
  • Vaginal Infection: Add several drops to the bath water. *Note: I used this for my daughters Candidiasis (A really bad type of yeast infection that causes blisters that bleed) back when she was still in diapers. Come to find out it was the stuff inside the diapers that was causing it so I had to switch to cotton than had to potty train her early due to how bad it had gotten. The doctors gave so many ointments that just didn't work. The tea tree oil with some coconut oil helped, it was like a miracle.
  • Wounds: Soak the wounded area in water with tea tree oil, or spritz from a bottle of water with several drops of oil. Depending on the wound and your own sensitivity you may be able to apply directly.

*NOTE ABOUT CARRIER OILS: In order to effectively use essential oils – not just tea tree oil – it is often necessary to dilute the essential oil with another oil so that it can be easily spread or massaged on the affected area. These oils are called “carrier” oils. Common carrier oils include coconut oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil and others.

RobinTech IPX7 Bluetooth Headset - Review:

Let me just state that I have been working on this review little by little since the day I got these. On August 2nd.
Features:
  • High Definition audio technology
  • Built-in microphone
  • CVC 6.0 noise cancellation technology
  • Voice prompt in English
  • IOS battery capacity display (on iPhone, not the headset)
  • Multi-point function
Specifications:

  • Supports profiles: HFP, HSP, AVRCP and A2DP
  • Operation range: 10 meters
  • Working time: 6-8 hours
  • Music time: 4-6 hours
  • Standby time: About 240 hours
  • Charging time: less than 2 hours
  • Battery capacity: 85mAh

I do really like these headphones. But there are a few points I would like to make.
I have never gotten more than 4 hours with this headset even with no use (this could just be a defect in the battery, though.) I have had them die on me mid-call. And one size does not fit all but we will get into that.  This is not a bad review.

I do like these better than some headsets I have used. I wish that the ear hanger (as I like to call them) was adjustable since not everyone has the same size ear. They are a rubber-like and smooth. I have smaller ears than my husband and they fit him better but still not as well as even he would like. The earbud part itself is fine and it comes with extra cushions that are different sizes.

Now on to quality. If it's really windy you may get some feedback. I have only experienced it once and we had a storm. The sound quality is great. It almost sounds like it is right there beside you. Clean, crisp and clear sound.

Flat cord to go around your neck. On/Off button, charging port and volume up/down. All easy to use.

Packaging was good. It comes in a box with a lightweight cardboard sheathing. Inside the headset is in a nice strong heavy-duty but lightweight.

Eyelash Growth Serum - Review:

*Notice: This is not typical of my normal reviews. I normally don't do any kind of growth serums for anything because of my alopecia areata, but in this case, I was asked if I would do this review and I accepted after going over everything with my doctor. And just so people know Alopecia Areata is an autoimmune disease that attacks the hair follicles and causes the hair to fall out in patches. It can be anywhere on the body but most cases happen on the head. No matter what I will always have this and my hair is thin because of it. The doctors say even with or without treatment it's a 50/50% that the hair will regrow or not. I added this to my review first because it does have to do with hair and I want people to be aware that if it is something that they have it is important to talk with a professional before trying hair growth or removal products because it can make things better. worse or nothing at all.

My Review:

As of now, I don't have much to say. I have not seen results as of yet and I may not. I will continue to use the product until I run out. If I do notice results I will update this review.

It's in a nice small compact container. Easy to use the brush on the base of top eyelashes (as you would eyeliner). And is clear in color. It looks like a thick water (but seems to be more of like an oil).
