#Caperci Stearling Heart Love Necklace - Review:

This 18" necklace is a simple, elegant heart shaped beautiful sterling silver love (which is nicely placed inside the heart. The v has a pretty blue sapphire stone (small) pendant. It is lightweight. And it comes in a simple yet pretty black box with the logo Caperci on the top. The chain does look delicate (not flimsy, just delicate) but seems to be durable. The heart pendant is attached to the chain, no worrying about oops, the pendant fell off the chain or not staying in the center of the neck and moving around. After my 3 year anniversary on the 3rd of November, I gave this to my 5-year-old daughter for her birthday on the 14th.

*Note: Pictures to come later today.

#CheifGear Copper Knee Sleeves - Review:

Not much to say about this product since it is from, the same company and I already reviewed another knee brace from them and this one is just as good.

For $29.95 for a pair of knee sleeves and a pair of patella braces, this is a great price.

The quality is great, The fit is spot on. It's made from a company I truly like. It's an all over solid knee brace.

Check them out if you are in need of some good, comfortable, quality knee braces.

#backyardbanquet Meal Worms - Review

I cannot review what I don’t have so I am going to tell you about my experience so far.

I ordered these #backyardbanquet meal worms to try for my red-eared slider and I have not received them. I placed my order on 9/23/16 and still nothing. I even contacted the company who has yet to respond. I will not do business with this company again. This has not been worth the time or effort. The next time my turtle needs meal worms I will just drive 10 miles to Petco at least they know what they are doing.

This is the worst experience with a company I have had, all because they have not responded. I honestly much rather deal with all the other companies I have with their rude support then no response at all.

#Vorfreude Cable Clips - Review:

I have to say (just jump right into the nook of things). I am so glad I got these cable clips. I have tried a  few (DIY cable clips and still not the great results). With the #Vorfreude Cable Color Clips (which are the same as all the others this company makes but the others are black or white and other designs. I choose the 3 cable in 1 Clip. I had an area with a ton of cables that were just in the way because of my computer. Now these clips don't hold the bigger cables I have like the one for my monitor but that is pushed out of the way when the other cables are in the clips. I am very happy with these cable clips and recommend these to anyone and at $9.97 for a 10 pack that's not bad at all. My husband said he thinks these would be great at his job but he is always having to work with cables because he's a PC Lan Tech.

The colors I got were green, orange and pink. Each clip can hold 3 cables. The bottom of the clips has a 3M command circle. I have not had any problem with the clips not holding. And the colors give a nice pop to an area.

Check them out at        Vorfreude Cable Clip Multi-Color

#ChiefGear Knee Compression Sleeves - Review:

#CheifGear Knee Compression Sleeve (1 Pair) & Patella Knee Brace
I gave the Compression Sleeves to my mother who has RSD (CRPS) amongst some other knee problems. I thought this would be better for her since she has major knee problems in both knees/legs and has used other compression sleeves and knee braces, compared to me who has only used knee braces (that would kill a hippo if they wore them). So these will be my mom's impressions and thoughts about this product with my input at the end (yes, she lives with me).

I would give this company's knee supports a 5 star. The price is just right for a PAIR and a Patella Knee Brace for $19.95

These compression sleeves are extremely comfortable with just the right amount of pressure, I can wear them all day long with no issues. They stay put, sometimes I don't even feel them and have fallen asleep with them on. The length is perfect and the size was just right (was not too tight or too loose). They are also very durable and are just the right thickness to be durable, not too flimsy or too rough and tough.

*My thoughts: I got the size that would fit my mom (between her regular knee/leg and when her legs and knees are swelling. I have tried them on and they are comfortable and I do like them. I kneed (get it cackling laughter, I am not good at jokes but at least I try) knee support but she really needed something to help her. If you knew what it has been like since 1998 when she had an accident that caused her injuries you would completely understand. It hard to see my mom in so much pain every day so I wanted to try to help in some way and we talked to my mom's pain management doctor and he said to try it out, give it a fair shot but to not get our hopes up because no brace they prescribed has been helpful thus-far.
I have noticed that since my mom has started wearing these she has been able to walk more with less pain (noticeable but still not to where she doesn't need her stim).

Unfortunately, the doctor said no to my using the patella brace which was fine since my doctor told me I needed one. but I have no had the chance to use it yet and will have to write that review at another time.

Quick Update for Reviews:

Fitbit Flex review coming either later today or tomorrow.

Also just got my Garmin Vivosmart HR wrist tracker so going to do a review on that either later this week or next week. Want to get used to and test it out before trying to jump into a review on that since I just got it and set it up. I will tell you it is nice but at this very moment, I am not liking it. It's one of those things where you get something and you are used to the other.

Got some other reviews planned as well. Just not sure if they will be posted this week or next week.
One being my iPhone 6 Plus since I had already reviewed my iPhone 5.

Hope everyone is having a great week.

#BuildABear - Review:

I visited Build-A-Bear Workshop on 7/23/2016 at 2;51 pm at the Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY.

This is my review.

The cashier Jennifer was so nice, polite, friendly and helpful.

I got these 2 bears for $35 deal. With everything that was bought, it was $69.66 all together.

I don't recall the person's name who helped me make my 2 Build-A-Bear's but I do remember how friendly she was. She answered all my questions and helped me make a very special Frozen Elsa Build-A-Bear with all the options I could for 4-year-old daughter. From the heart, that's placed into the bear, the scent thingy, and the music box down to the dress and shoes. She walked me through every step of the process and answered every last question I had in a very nice, kind, caring, polite and very friendly way.

The whole place was a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very kind, polite, friendly and professional but almost like they were a lifelong friend or family member. And once you do Build-A-Bear you become part of the Build-A-Bear Family. Your bear gets it's very own birth certificate with the name of the owner/parent of the bear. And if your bear is ever lost and someone returns it to a Build-A-Bear Workshop they can scan the bear and know who the bear belongs to so that the bear can be returned to its owner.

(*Note Think of the dress on the bear without the hair since my daughters dress got ruined I used the photo off Build-A-Bear website.)

I got the Finding Dory Ocean Bear for myself and love it. I just got the bear with the heart inside since I wanted a simple bear. I sleep with it (yes I am 27 and you might think that's strange but I don't) and I also hug it when I am sad or feeling lonely or even when I am anxious or having a panic attack. My Build-A-Bear really helps me feel better.

I plan on taking my daughter for her 5th birthday to Build-A-Bear along with her 7-year-old brother but at all depends on weather since it will be November 14th and I live about 75 minutes away. Since we don't know how the weather will be as of right now we will still be taking them, if not we will make it for another day when the weather is better.

Also, the price wasn't too bad since they normally have a 2 or $35 deal. Or for some bears the regular $35 is not too bad when you think about how long it will last and the fact that it's not like an everyday necessity

Build-A-Bear my Family Loves you and loves the Bears you helped me make.

Now Please make a JACK SKELLINGTON Buil-A-Bear, pretty please with cherry's and chocolate, spice and everything nice on top.

#BuildABear
#ElsaBear
#OceanBear
#LoveBuildABear

*Note pictures will be posted as soon as I wash them since they have become a bit Dirty and no one wants to see a dirty bear.

#JASTEK_Cable 5-in-1 - Review:

Jastek 5-in-1 USB Charger Cable (Link to product)

Connectors:
1x USB 2.0
2x Micro USB
1x Mini USB
1x USB Type-C
1x iPhone (Lightning)
I want to say that this cable is pretty self-explanatory but well in some ways, it's not.Now I have tried because some cables say they won't sync but will sync. This one, however, does not sync which Jastek states is only for charging and doesn't sync. But knowing me I had to test that theory out since sometimes what a company might say is not true.

I have had no issues other then yes it is a short cable and that it should be a 6-in-one cable or take out 1 Micro USB cable and change it to a 30 Pin for older iPhones and iPads. I say this because for one I have those still and it would have been nice also because if you put the older USB connection that is never used in devices anymore (but still is useful for those older devices we still use) then why not go one step further and add a 30 Pin, But that is just my thought and wish but that does not take away from the 5 stars since it was not an option. And even though the cable is too short for my liking it is convenient for school or work because you can clip it to your bag or pants or even keys if you must. So even though it is a con for me it still gets 5 stars because it does what it says there are no issues and it can be clipped and carried for a quick charge.

#i-Blason Battery Case iPhone 6 Plus - Review:

My husband got me this last Christmas and I was so happy and excited especially since my iPhone could never make it through a day. I literally had to charge my iPhone 6 Plus 3 times a day because I was always on it for calls from family, doctors, and the school. Using my calendar to put in appointments and checking the weather that day. And of course texting workers and family. Three times seems excessive but if I didn't start charging my phone once it hit 3% I was screwed. I would sometimes get disconnected from calls and never got to save appointments before it would die. Anyway long story short and on to my Review.

I was using the battery case all the time and I loved it. I only had to recharge my phone once a day using the battery pack as long as it was fully charged during the night. I took the case off to charge it during the night instead of keeping it on and charging both simultaneously because the iPhone would take more from the battery pack so one or the other was not getting fully charged during the night if I didn't take the case off. But that is not where my problem is. The bezel the would hold the phone in the case was actually quite un-solid and broke after so long (not even 1/3rd a year because of it I really cannot use the case as I would like. I tried to see if I could buy a new bezel piece instead of having to re-buy the product but could not.

The case does add a bit of weight and thickness to the phone but it does not bother me. It does have an anti-slip rubberized finish that kind of feels like satin.

Now I really do love this case but I am sorry, I am not going to re-buy the whole case when I have the battery part that still works. Maybe not a whole 100% since after so long the battery gets used and never will be 100% capacity though it might say that but with wear and tear you will see, anything with a battery and with extended use all the time loses charge quickly and the actual capacity of the battery itself dwindles. I don't have the kind of money to replace or even have a second battery case at $60. Now sure it doesn't sound like much but when you think about that fact that the bezel only lasted about 1/3rd a year then broke, the fact that charging the case and phone together wastes more time and power and one doesn't get charged fully because one is taking more power from the other and the fact that it is $60 is just really not feasible.

I am giving 4 stars because I can still use the battery case without the bezel but the phone is not secure.

One other thing I wish was possible but is not being taken away from the stars is the fact that I wish there was a holster that would fit this battery case so I could still wear it on my pants or attach to my bag. But because that was not even an option that cannot take away from the stars.

Also, I would like to mention that the case is not drop proof meaning that this case provides little protection to the phone because it will come apart if dropped and the phone can and may get damaged.

#usofficesupply Letter Opener - Review:

#usofficesupply 5 pack of Letter Openers (click the hashtag to check it out)

Not much to say on these. So let me start with there description on Amazon:
  • A pack of 5 simple, safe and efficient letter openers, that are ideal for opening all sizes of letters, envelopes & packages
  • The recessed and concealed blade minimizes the chance of cutting skin, while also reducing the risk of accidentally cutting the letters contents
  • The opener efficiently slices open envelopes by gliding it through the underside of the flap
  • Stainless steel blades are sharp enough to cut hundreds of letters and envelopes
  • Value pack of 5 openers, so you can leave one in your office, at home, in the kitchen or anywhere you may need one

They are sturdy and great for opening letters and packages with tape. It just easily glides and slices trough the envelope or tape. The blade is extremely sharp and does have a recessed and concealed blade so it does reduce the risk of being cut but is still possible. I love these and use them all the time. I gave one to my mom and husband. We have one by our mail holder, one on the fridge (I put a magnet on it) and one in my desk. The price is not bad at $5.96 for a 5 pack of them. 5 star review.

#tcpglobal Plastic Razor Blade - Review:

#tcpglobal 100 Plastic Razor Scraper Blades (click the hashtag to check it out)

On the front of the box, it says Durable flexible plastic blades with a thin chiseled edge for scraping debris from most surfaces safely. On the back, it says Sharp edged, flexible plastic razor blades that are excellent for uses where a metal razor blade will cause damage. Remove decals, stickers, pinstripes, labels, adhesives or clean residue off glass windows and paint. Multiple application for home, work or car detailing and cell phone repair. Standard razor blade size and designed to fit most standard razor blade holders.

My review for these are a 4 star review it, for the most part, did as it said. They are very flexible but not flimsy. They do keep scratches to a minimal for some things above. (I would not recommend using these with cell phone or other electronic devices for repair, due to the scratching they cause to plastic and the soft aluminium backing. I tried using them to fix my iPad and yes they worked to help keep the screen from sticking to the case again when trying to pry it up but it scratched the sides of the aluminum. Not terribly or really noticeable especially for my camera to pick up but you can see them.) They really aren't sharp-edged as they say since they are not actual razor blades but is bluntly sharp if you understand what I mean. It does help with the removal of labels and such but with the help of an adhesive remover or blow dryer, it did not remove residue for me. Now the reason why I am only giving this a 4 star is because a lot of the razors had extra plastic that had to be cut off with either and extractor knife or scissors and one was broken in a way of not being complete it was like 1/2 the razor. Now for the price ($8.56) and the number of plastic razors (100) and the durability and how well they did hold up and still do, they are a good product. And I know a few family that loved the product who are carpenters and painters.

#RetinolCream by NYB - Review:

The #RetinolCream is a slightly off white egg shell color. The smell is not bad or harsh but I am having a hard time thinking of a smell it reminds me off. Maybe like a vitamin e lotion (without perfume). It absorbs into my skin really quick because it is so dry, so for me, after it absorbs I put another layer on which does help. It leaves my face feeling more moisturized. I use it twice a day, morning and night.

The container is really nice. Take the lid off, push down on the top which pumps the cream out the center of the top, then you wipe off with your fingers and massage the cream into your face and neck (if you want). It is a 1.7 oz or 50 ml jar.

(Check it out at) #RetinolCream

The price is not too bad at $18.95 sale price but the normal price is a bit much for be being $39.95.
Other then that I like this retinol cream better than others I have used and give this a 5-star review.

I received this product free or discounted for my unbiased review.

#EyeCream by NYB - Review:

Let me start off with I love this container. If ratings were just on that alone it would be a 5 but since that is not the case let me start with my review on the #EyeCream itself. (click the hashtag)

The gel is foggy clear in color, is silky feeling. The smell reminds me of a cucumber/melon kind of smell (which I love). It's not too strong but it's not too faint either. For my skin, it is really quick to absorb so after it does I use a little more but that is because my face is so dry. I do like the feeling it leaves on my skin, it is not sticky and it does not leave an unnatural tight feeling. It seems to perk up my eyes in the morning and leave them relaxed feeling at night.

The container is really nice. you take the lid off and just push down the top which pumps the gel out the center of the top and you just wipe it off with your fingertips and massage the gel into your eye circle area under the eyes. It is a 1.7 fl or 50 ml jar.

The price is not too bad at $16.95 sale price but the normal price is a bit much for me being $36.95. Other then that I love this eye cream better than others I have used and give this a 5-star review.

#NewYorkBiology really made a nice #EyeGel.

#Caperci Tennis Bracelet - Review

Caperci White Gold Plated Created Blue Sapphire and Cubic Zirconia Diamond Tennis Bracelet, 7.25"

The box the bracelet came in is nice and is Black and says Caperci on it (the box is not easy to pull apart.) The weight of the bracelet is 0.317 of and ounce or 7.9 grams and the length is 7.15 inches. The pictures really don't do this bracelet justice. My mom loves it and so do I. I gave it to my mom as a special gift and to help me with this review as a collaboration. Now even though we do like this bracelet we cannot at this time say definitely say that it leaves a bluish mark where it touches the skin (most plated jewelry does). We are not leaving a bad mark or rating based on that. We also like the fact that the closure/clasp is tight and will not fall off.

#NewYorkBiology Helichrysum Essential Oil - Review

Prior to this use of #NewYorkBiology 's #Helichrysum #EssentialOil I have never used Helichrysum but I have smelt it. I didn't know much about it until I did some research. And this will always be in my Aromatherapy Box including many other essential oils. I do really like helichrysum essential oil, but not this one fully. I have yet to notice much through diffusing but like with everything, it takes some time to notice benefits. But I have read so much about benefits with this that it is just one more that will be added to my Essential Oils Box. But to say I will use this brand again compared to the all natural store by me that sells a wide verity of essential oils would be false. I will be using my all natural's store brand that they sell because it looks and smells much better.

Here are only a few uses:

Natural Candida Cure: The special compounds in helichrysum oil — called acetophenones, phloroglucinols, and terpenoids — appear to demonstrate antifungal actions against Candida growth in clinical studies. Helichrysum also helps soothe the digestive tract, battle inflammation within the gut lining, boost immunity, and speed up the process of recovering from the Candida virus. (*Note: My daughter had this really bad when she was in diapers and has since recovered from this really bad yeast infection, I just wish I knew about this essential oil much sooner.)

Antiviral That Increases Immunity: Since a large portion of the immune system is actually located within the gut, the gut-healing and anti-inflammatory properties of helichrysum help it effectively boosts immunity. In clinical studies, the flavonoids and phloroglucinols of helichrysum oil showed inhibition of harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses, even powerful enough to help decrease the risk of contracting the HIV virus.

Pain Reliever: Research also indicates that helichrysum oil decreases muscle pain by lowering swelling, inflammation and improving circulation. This helps support the healing of nerves, joints and muscle tissue — making it an effective natural treatment for pain-related symptoms of arthritis, fibromyalgia, and exercise-related injuries. You can use it along with lavender oil, which is also excellent to reduce pain and emotional stress.

(Note: This is not a cure-all or a means to not seek medical treatment.)

NYB Frankincense Essential Oil - Review

Frankincense Essential Oil (70% Alpha Thujen) - 100% Pure & Natural - Triple Extra Quality - Premium Therapeutic Grade Frankincense Oil - 1 fl oz

Prior to this, I have never used Frankincense Essential Oil before. And honestly, I am glad I did get this chance to use, evaluate, test and review #NewYorkBiology 's Frankincense Essential Oil.

It comes in a dark brown bottle and even comes with a matching dropper for easy use. I love this oil, even though it is not my normal essential oil I would use since I really like more energy boosting like scents. This one seems to have a more earthy smell.

I have to note this that upon receiving this essential oil I did research and looked at tons and tons of information and I cannot stress this enough "DO NOT INGEST" it says it right on the package and I saw too many reviews on this particular brand saying how they put in in their drinks and such. Again I repeat "DO NOT INGEST."

Check out this LINK to read about why you shouldn't ingest essential oils and about ingesting essential oils and this LINK.

I only have used this essential oil in the form of diffusing in my essential oil diffuser. In doing so it gives me a calm sense of peace of mind and body, relaxation and helps reduce my really bad stress and anxiety that even my doctor has yet to really been able to help. Now that doesn't mean for anyone on medication for anxiety to just stop taking it and use this oil but to incorporate it into your daily life by diffusing.

NYB Lavender Essential Oil - Review:

#NewYorkBiology Lavender Essential Oil (Kashmir) - 100% Pure & Natural - Therapeutic Grade - Triple Extra Quality Lavender Oil Linalool 31%, Linalyl Acetate 34%, 1 fl oz

I am impressed with #NewYorkBiology's Essential Oil line. They are all not to bad of a price and they are always fresh smelling and not too strong yet not too light and airy smelling.

I use the lavender essential oil in my Nature's Bounty Earthly Elements diffuser (a cheap yet nice diffuser, a review later on that.) I also put a few drops in my kid's bath and it calms them before bed. I really have not been able to use it too much in terms of remedies like I normally would so that will come in a later update (since I have been really sick). I want you to know that with what little use I have had with this essential oil it helps calm my whole family. It's a relaxing, peaceful, soul, body and mind calm.

Sorry for the short review I will update once I am better.

Lelekiss Heart Necklace - Review:

I really love this necklace. I do have some cons but those are just in what I prefer not what is or isn't right with the necklace so please keep
that in mind. For instance, I prefer more of a choker type of necklace and don't like the ones that hang low. For whatever reason, after I had my thyroid surgery that's just how I am and what I prefer. Also the fact that there was no chain length option when going to purchase the necklace. Not everyone had a small neck or a big one, I have a small neck.

I also have to mention that I was extremely happy to do this review because from the pictures I saw online it matched my wedding ring and it really does. I have a ruby heart ring and it's a perfect fit together. Now if only I could get the earrings that went with the ring fixed, or get a new set they would all go so well with each other.

The pendant itself 0.457 of an ounce. The chain is 0.077 of an ounce. Together the total weight is 0.537 of an ounce. With the box it comes in the total weight is 2.199 ounces but we don't wear the box. The feel of it seems heavier to me, but that is the true weight of this Necklace.

The biggest part of the pendant from the bottom tip of heart to the left tip of the arrow wings is 1.65 inches. The middle of the heart from edge to edge is 1.1 inch. Chain length is 16" with and extra 2" for adjustment up to 18". It uses a lobster clasp.

Rust (PC Game) - Review:

Honestly, I didn't think Rust was a game I would like or want to play. If it weren't for my husband telling me to try it I would have never played Rust. I love Rust but I don't like the people who are Rude, Harassing and Bashing me as a Girl Gamer and it's not just on Rust, it's on other games as well but it's worse on Rust. I am tired of it all. It's supposed to be a game, be fun and yet challenging and it's not anymore and honestly except for the few guys that helped me and were nice to me, it never really was fun. For one it seems as if Facepunch and or Steam doesn't care what people's names are, for instance, a guy had the id LesterTheMolester and I am sorry but it's not right, it is completely wrong. Especially for someone who has been Molested. But that's not what we are here to talk about. I think that there should be rules and regulations on names. Steam or Facepunch (I think it's steam's issue though) needs to get their act together. Now I am not saying I don't like Steam or Facepunch because I really do like both. And I wish I was part of the team but I don't have the right qualifications for game programming.

Rust is a survival PVE/PVP online multiplayer game. As one of my favorite Youtuber's (VERTiiGO) would say "The Butt Naked World That Is Rust" (VERTiiGO says it in all his Rust gameplay Commentaries.) It is true. You start as a fresh spawn butt naked with only a rock and a torch. You use your rock to hit trees for wood, rock nodes for sulfur ore/stones/metal ore/high-quality metal ore, to try to kill animals like boar's, bear's, wolves, chicken, horses and stag's for leather/cloth/bone fragments/wolf skulls and pork/bear meat/chicken and wolf meat. You have to gather materials to build a base or home to keep yourself and your stuff safe and nothing is safe on rust.

Raids on rust are always a given unless you are on a modded PVE only server. You will be raided and or killed. Raids tend to happen with c4 and rockets (with rocket launchers). But sometimes people will use flamethrowers, the bean can grenades (not really reliable), f1 grenades, satchel charges (kind of like c4 but less damage and less reliable), pickaxes and axes (which neither of those really do much unless you have a ton of them and a ton of time).

The old blueprint system required you to use blueprint fragments, pages, books or library's to get a blueprint (which was random on what you would get) which you would then use and be able to craft that item with the required materials. Or using a research table and the item you wanted the blueprint for (getting them from either points of interest like Radtown, Military Tunnel, Trainyard, Airfield, Satellite Dish, Water Treatment Plant, Powerplant, Sphere Tank, Warehouse's or from Airdrops.

The new experience system requires you to level up by doing the above or giving players crafted items you made and having them do all the work which would give you XP to level up. Every level up to level 30 you unlock different items that you can craft.

They have added blueprints back in a way of research papers. You use an item and research paper you received in the above way to us at the research table to get a limited number of crafting uses for that item which you need the required materials for.

You survive on food and water. Not all water sources are drinkable, only the running water sources are drinkable, water catchers or you have to use a water carrier like a bottle or bota bag to use in any water then using the water purifier to purify the water so you can drink it. You can get water bottles the above ways. For food, you have to hunt and then cook or by running rivers you can get pumpkins and corn, mushrooms that are all over in un-grassy patches that look like dirt. You can also get food from the above ways.

There are also many guns in the game. Use guns to protect yourself, kill animals or to kill people. Some guns are Pump Shotgun, Assault Rifle, Custom SMG and Pistols.

Tools are also in the game and you use them just like the rock. But certain tools work better for certain things. For instance, pickaxes would be best to use on the rock nodes and an axe for trees and chopping up animals or humans which you can get skulls, cloth, raw human meat (not really good for food, even after cooking).

I probably could go on and write a book but I believe I left you with enough information as of right now. If you have any questions please feel free to comment and I will get back to you or if you got to this blog from ifttt posting my blog on my twitter or facebook you can message me on those.

*Note: I bought this game with my own money. I may update this review if needed or as updates happen though as of right now I am not playing rust anymore due to all the harassment and bashing. Or I may start up my own server again and I will then update this review and add my server name.

Peppermint Essential Oil by NYB - Review:

Uses:
  • Tension Headaches - The cooling anti-inflammatory power of peppermint oil also has a long history of use to banish tension headaches. Simply massage peppermint oil – diluted or straight – into temples, behind your jawbone, and across your forehead for rapid relief.
  • ADHD Support - Try spritzing some peppermint oil on your child’s shirt before study time or placing a drop on her tongue or under her nose for improved concentration and alertness.
  • Fever Reducer - Because of peppermint oil’s cooling effects, it is an excellent natural treatment to bring down a fever especially in children.  Simply mix peppermint oil with coconut oil and rub it on a child’s neck and on the bottom of their feet to help stabilize a fever instead of aspirin or other drugs.
  • Headache Cure - Peppermint oil has the ability to improve circulation, heal the gut and relax tense muscles. All of these conditions can cause tension headaches or migraines making peppermint oil an excellent natural treatment. A study from researchers at the Neurological Clinic at the University of Kiel, Germany, found that a combination of oils, including peppermint oil, had “significant analgesic effect with a reduction in sensitivity to headaches.” The oils were applied to the forehead and temples for pain relief.
  • Reduce Nausea A medical study found that peppermint oil uses reduced nausea that is induced by chemotherapy better than standard medical treatments. Simply adding a drop of peppermint oil to water, or rubbing 1-2 drops behind your ears, or even diffusing it can help to reduce nausea.
  • Energize Your Lather - Some shampoo and conditioner combos can make you want to go back to sleep. No energy. No pep. No fun. Not good. Add peppermint to your potions to stimulate the scalp, energize and wake up! The oil is antiseptic in nature, and can also help remove dandruff and itchy scalps.
  • Don’t Make It Easy on the Critters - Many household bugs do not like peppermint oil — ants, aphids, beetles, plant lice, mice, and cockroaches try to steer clear of peppermint. Just add to water in a spray bottle and spray where you think pests grace you with their presence!
  • Burrow No More - If you find a tick has decided to make your skin its home, just give that tick a nice bath of peppermint oil diluted with coconut oil on a cotton swab. The tick will stop burrowing, remove its head and then he’s yours.
  • Leap from Lethargic -  Feeling lethargic or in a brain fog? Peppermint has been known to improve blood circulation and awareness, leaving you with an energized, awake feeling.  Use it aromatically.

That is just some of the helpful things peppermint essential oil helps with. And this Essential Oil I use from #Newyorkbiology (click the hashtag) is amazing. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. The smell of this peppermint essential oil is so invigorating and uplifting. I have used it every day on my son's shirt to help him perk up and stay focused a little better. I use it just to smell when I need a little extra pep. It comes in a dark brown bottle which helps to keep the oil from breaking down and fresh. The oil is clear in color. This peppermint essential oil from #Newyorkbiology is better than others I have tried. This is a stronger but nicer smell than others, it's not as harsh. If only I could let you all smell it just from reading this blog. You can smell it just opening the package it comes in and even stronger just opening the bottle. I use it for almost everything on my list above not including some other uses. I highly recommend this oil to anyone.

*Note: Please read all packaging, DO NOT INGEST!!!!!! I keep reading about people using this oil ingesting it. Please do not ingest this Peppermint Essential Oil. There are some that can be ingested but this is not one of them.

I did receive this free or discounted for my unbiased opinion. I do not let that stop me from being truthful about any review or giving a bad rating.

*Note: I will add pictures but right now my phone is being replaced due to hardware malfunction.
